The Industrial Revolution 4.0 marks a climax of human civilization where creativity and invention based on the “internet of everything” and artificial intelligence is creating miracles for human life that once appeared only in Science Fiction. Creativity has become the most important capacity in this revolution. To prepare for this coming revolution, a country, an organization, needs to have a number of important factors: innovative leaders with vision 4.0; human resource skills and infrastructures 4.0 which are synchronized to invention and creativity
